14-Day Right of Withdrawal for Everyone Instead of a Free Trial Version
We do not offer a free trial version of Plan7Architect because we provide all our customers with a 14-day right of withdrawal instead. Customers can purchase the software and test it for 14 days, even though it is a downloadable product. If, within the first 14 days, you find that the software does not meet your expectations or you are dissatisfied for any reason, simply send us a short email and you will receive a full refund. You do not need to provide any specific reasons.
Isn’t there already a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for all products?
Yes, a 14-day right of withdrawal generally applies to all products. However, for digital downloads, customers usually have to confirm at checkout that they are waiving this right because the content is available immediately. Since we are confident in the quality of our software, we still offer a 14-day right of withdrawal for everyone—even for businesses and non-EU citizens—although this is not required by law.
