The software crashes frequently for no reason – what can I do?

1. Set Windows Language to English (United States)

1. Press Windows + I to open Settings.

2. Go to Time & Language > Language.

3. Under Preferred languages, make sure English (United States) is listed.

   • If not, click Add a language, search for English (United States), and install it.

4. Set English (United States) as the Windows display language.

5. Log out and log back in (or restart your PC) to apply changes.

2. Set Region and Format to United States

1. Still in Time & Language, click on Region.

2. Set the Country or region to United States.

3. Under Regional format, select English (United States).

3. Set Date and Time Format to US Format

1. In Settings, go to Time & Language > Date & time.

2. Scroll down and click Date, time, & regional formatting.

3. Under Related settings, click Change data formats.

4. Set the following formats:

   • Short date: MM/dd/yyyy

   • Long date: dddd, MMMM d, yyyy

   • Short time: h:mm tt

   • Long time: h:mm:ss tt

   • First day of week: Sunday

5. Restart your computer.

4. Uninstall the Software

1. Press Windows + R, type appwiz.cpl, and press Enter.

2. Find Plan7Architect (or your software name) in the list.

3. Right-click it and select Uninstall.

4. After uninstallation, restart your computer.

5. Reinstall the Software as Administrator

1. Right-click the setup.exe file of the installer.

2. Choose Run as administrator.

3. Complete the installation process.

6. Always Run the Software as Administrator

1. Right-click the desktop shortcut of the software.

2. Click Properties.

3. Go to the Compatibility tab.

4. Check Run this program as an administrator.

5. Click Apply and then OK.

6. Start the software.
