Creating Elevations and Facade Drawings
This tutorial shows how to create elevations for your building plan with Plan7Architect. Elevations, also called facade drawings, exterior views or elevation drawings, show each side of a house from the outside.
Together with floor plans and sections, elevations are part of most building permit drawings. Plan7Architect can export plans as PDF, DWG or DXF, so elevations can be printed or shared. The video runs for about three and a half minutes.
