A. Cancellation Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
For contracts concerning the delivery of goods, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
For contracts concerning the delivery of digital content that is not stored on a physical data carrier and is provided in digital form, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of contract conclusion.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Immocado UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Friedrichstraße 171, 10117 Berlin, Germany, Tel.: +49 561 473 952 18, Fax: +49 561 473 952 17, Email: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached sample cancellation form, but its use is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged fees for this refund.
For contracts concerning the delivery of goods, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if the loss in value results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts concerning the delivery of sealed audio or video recordings or computer software if the seal has been removed after delivery.
The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts concerning the delivery of digital content, if we have started executing the contract after you have expressly agreed that we begin execution before the withdrawal period ends and you have confirmed your awareness that by agreeing to the execution of the contract, you lose your right of withdrawal.
General Information on Returning Goods
- Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use an additional protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure suitable packaging to provide adequate protection against transport damage.
- Do not send the goods back to us freight collect (unpaid).
- Please note that the above points (1-2) are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
