Quantity Takeoff & Analysis

The Quantity Takeoff module is used to calculate the material requirements of a construction project. It allows the creation of custom evaluations, including material lists and bill of quantities.

Each building component in your project is automatically assigned:

• Quantities (e.g. area, volume, width, height, etc.)

• Properties (e.g. exterior/interior plaster, fire protection, thermal insulation, etc.)

• Position numbers

All assignments can be edited as needed. With just a few clicks, you can generate tailored reports and material lists – for example, for doors, windows, skylights, or room schedules.
