Common Feedback Points and What We Have Improved
Most reviews about Plan7Architect are positive. Many customers describe the software as powerful, useful and easy to work with after a short learning phase.
At the same time, we take critical feedback seriously. Some feedback has helped us improve the software, the installation process, the tutorials and the way we support new users. Below are some common claims that sometimes appear in critical reviews — and our response.
Claim: “The software is not intuitive.”
Our response:
Plan7Architect is real home design software, not a simple game-style app. It includes tools for floor plans, walls, doors, windows, roofs, 2D/3D planning, terrain and planning documents.
Most users understand the basic workflow after watching the First Steps tutorial, which takes about 40–50 minutes. Problems usually happen when users skip the tutorials completely and expect to finish a full house plan within a few minutes.
The First Steps tutorial is publicly available before purchase, so customers can see the actual workflow and decide whether Plan7Architect is the right fit for them.
Claim: “The tutorials are hard to follow.”
Our response:
We took this feedback seriously and improved many of our tutorial videos.
In the past, some videos were recorded on large screens, which made it harder to follow the mouse movement on smaller laptops or tablets. Some users also found the older voiceover less comfortable to listen to.
Because of this, our support and tutorial team created many new videos and updated older tutorials with clearer recordings, better mouse visibility and improved voiceovers.
Claim: “There are no tutorials.”
Our response:
Tutorials are available on our website, in the customer area and on our YouTube channel.
We provide tutorial videos in several places: directly on our website, on important product and landing pages, in the top navigation, in the customer area and through a visible YouTube button at the bottom of the website.
Even though these tutorials are available and linked in multiple places, we still occasionally receive reviews from users saying that there are no tutorials. We cannot fully explain this, except that some users may skip the website information, onboarding emails, navigation links and help sections, or may not be very experienced with finding online support resources.
Because of this, we are continuing to make the tutorials even more visible and easier to access. But the tutorials do exist, they are publicly available, and they are an important part of getting started with Plan7Architect.
Support and Refund Option
If customers get stuck, they can contact our support team through the customer account. Screenshots and project files help us understand the issue and provide a more precise answer.
And if a customer realizes that Plan7Architect is not the right software for their needs, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee.
Our goal is to be transparent, improve continuously and help customers understand whether Plan7Architect is the right tool for their project.
